I was so happy.. I never believed that the stains in my carpet would come out and it was like watching magic happening before my eyes. There was no disruption to my room, no steam, no sogginess, no drying time. It was just done. The carpets came up beautifully and were clean and much fresher. One carpet had stains on which had been there for several years and Billy even managed to get these out. He helped to move some furniture and was generally very pleasant to deal with. The dry system of cleaning meant that we could walk on the carpets straight away which was good.

When I phoned up to make an appointment, Billy was very helpful in finding a suitable time for me, at short notice, to clean one sofa and the stairs and landing carpets. Billy arrived promptly at 9am and completed the work very efficiently. The button back fabric sofa looks so much better as do the stairs and landing carpets. Billy also cleaned a stain from a bedroom carpet as an extra part of the job. The sofa and carpets were just damp and dried within 24 hours. My house was left clean and tidy with Billy changing to indoor shoes on entry. Billy was friendly and I recommend this company.

Carpet cleaning

This is the 2nd time I've used Dry N Clean on my carpets and both times I've been very happy with the results. The product used does not leave any smell, are safe for kids and pets and dry very quickly so minimal disruption. Our carpets are fairly old and get the usual hammering from pets and children but each time Dry N Clean manage to lift the dirt and stains leaving the carpets looking clean and refreshed.

It was agreed before the work was booked that some of the stains would not be removeable. The condition of the carpet was so heavily stained that a pre clean product was needed and applied at no extra cost. Billy was very helpful and moved all furniture possible .
